J-E Translations provides services as follows:

• First, you may browse our rates or request a quote using the free form here on our website.
• Once you have requested a quote through our website, you will receive an e-mail with further instructions for uploading your document to be translated.
• You will then receive an e-mail with a detailed quote and a timeframe for completion of your document for your approval.
• If you are a new client, then a small deposit may be required before translation begins.
• If you are a previous client with an existing client identification number, you will be invoiced once the translation is complete and have 30 days to make payment.
• Translation will begin once you have approved the quote and timeframe for completion.
• We strive to have most projects under 5 pages completed within 24 or 48 hours of approval; longer projects may take more time.
• All payments may be made securely from our website using our Paypal link, or you may mail payments to us using check or money order using instructions that will be provided to you.
